Please note that we do not provide refunds for our services, as our technicians adhere to punctuality and utilize necessary supplies. To address any service-related issues, please get in touch within 5 days of the service date. We will arrange a convenient appointment to address and correct the situation.

We retain the right to decline service in instances of disruptive behavior, tardiness for appointments, and situations deemed inappropriate within our establishment as determined by management.
